Braxton Hicks Contractions

Stress levels have been pretty high for a few days at Touchstone HQ. We’re at the business end of alpha and experiencing the typical Braxton Hicks that a start-up experiences as they prepare for beta.

It’s been long tiring week and the team are exhausted. But it’s ok – it lets us know we’re still alive.

A (seriously) lucky few have had the opportunity to actually play with the beta version and so far the feedback has been extremely positive (perhaps they will write something pleasant in the comments to this blog post to make us feel special).

The only problem preparing for the long anticipated beta is that, at some point we have to turn off the ideas (something we’re all struggling with).

If you’re a newbie to our humble little blog, please make sure you sign-up (on the side <-- over there) as a matter of urgency. Trust me! It’ll be worth it.

Folks, I am seriously one of the lucky ones and am very pleased to have Touchstone back in my information consumption toolkit. I have been testing it out with premium content(Factiva/Dow Jones) and just committed my OPML file so more feedback/comments to follow eventually on my blog.

The enhancements rock so far- so great work boys.

I encourage one and all to sign up for a twirl....

I have been using the new Touchstone for a few days. I am really enjoying it.

Before using Touchstone, I was setting up some pretty complex RSS feeds to a widget using Boolean search. Unfortunately, that was a lot messing around and didn't easily support my evolving interests.

Touchstone is now serving up some nice surprises.

Touchstone is doing a great job and looks great. Keep up the good work!

I have been lucky enough to be given the opportunity to play with the Beta, and am very impressed with it.

I dont have time to mess around with complicated rules or to be interupted all the time with noise, and just want to be kept informed of what I am interested in.

Great Job to the Touchstone Team - Keep up the amazing job
