Announcement: Touchstone renamed to Particls
And, of course, a new domain at www.particls.com. Please update your links!
Why the name change?
We feel that Particls better reflects our future plans for the product as it evolves into the definitive tool to manage and filter your incoming personal information.

Like the new name and the beta works just fine.
Glad you like it Paul - Thank's for sticking with us and providing your feedback!
Cheers,
Chris
chris,
The new name is interesting - it does "fit" the concept, but I am surprised you've gone to a whole new brand name..
Hi Brendan. It was not an easy process - But I think it will be worth it in the end.
Nicely done Chris. Good luck, Sameer
I really like the new name. I've been following 'Touchstone' for a while but I think the new name 'Particls' works better on many levels.
Hi Chris,
I personally prefer the name touchstone but I beleive that the product is still great. I also think it is a bit strange for a company to change it's name after much exposure but what can you do. It appears as though you may have received cease and desist type letters from a certain other Touchstone regarding the name...
Keep up the good work however with the software and I hope that this does not impact too much on the broad release.
Hi Anonymous,
I'm glad you are enjoying using the app! We are very excited about the new name.
As we announce things over the next few months, I think you will discover that Particls is a much more apt name for the application we have all grown to know and love.
Please note, however, the name change has absolutely nothing to do with any external pressure. It was simply based on the great feedback and advice we have received over the last 12 months that has helped us create a strong roadmap for the future.
A roadmap for a product called Particls.
I like the new name. Much better. It helps if you can get to #1 on Google for your own company's keyword.
Hey team,
Like the new day and style. Now, I just recently, like today, installed it, so I don't have much to say yet, but I do like what I see so far. Now to learn how to use it.
