Get APML in Microformats

Ian Forrester has posted an exploration of the idea of APML based Microformats. I like the idea, I am not a fan of the name he gave it though. I'd like something more like "APML/L".

Tom Morris, on the other hand, says we don't need APML. Be sure to check out my response in the comments.
